I wrote a mail to cancel my HDFC TATA Neu card because I was charged annual fees and HDFC cancelled it straight away and reversed the annual fees. I was like WTF no drama, not even trying to give me a waiver, I don't know if I should be happy or sad since I was hoping that I would get it LTF.
