I have a theory, all the free loot boxes that are given have a chance on giving cosmetics. But they only give cosmetics that were free in previous seasons like BP, Events, Etc. Cause I had a friend who just got back to playing in season 5 got the Tennis Tom and Jerry skin from the crates.
