Finally got my Lucarios so can build this simple deck. If do ok in casual battles, not think too much ahead, but not sure between hitmonchan vs hitmonlee, 1 energy active attack vs bench attack.

Robin Banks was not Spawning In my Old Save, but in any new Blank Saves, so I Transferred her from Dummy New Save to my Main Old one that not Spawned the Burglar yet, an it worked. As Long a Burglar not spawned yet, and she has her NPC hidden traits still, it seem fixed the random townie burglar.
