10 day iceland mid-may itinerary check/help with 2 of the days

hi! hopefully i can get some guidance bc i've booked my accoms and flight to iceland for may 16-26 with my parents and i've found creating an itinerary to be pretty overwhelming cuz there's soooo much to do in iceland. need some help with days 2/5/7/9 mainly!! i'm not expecting my itinerary to be perfect. i know there's alot of driving and we're prepared for it. our priority is just being able to see whatever the best stuff southern/western iceland has to offer! including if anything i'm planning to see will be majorly affected by weather. i've spent a lot of time trying to do my research but although i love travel & geography (my studies focus in uni) this is a country i lack previous familiarity with. super excited but yah aaaany advice on anything small or big would be amazing. oh also my parents and i love to do moderate hikes (no more than 5 miles, prefer smaller ones though) which is one of the main reasons we decided to visit iceland. if there's any fun activities like ziplining or smth like that too pls rec it. thanks!

day 1:

- land, go to blue lagoon, check into airbnb, go grocery shopping (my parents have dietary restrictions so we basically won't eat out a single day), walk around reykjavik city center

day 2:

- volcano hike (Fagradalsfjall) someone in a diff subreddit said this is pretty mid. would this be any good instead? i want to properly visit at least one volcano this trip.

- some more reykjavik stuff idk i love cute stores & cafes so making use of free time won't be hard

day 3:
- golden circle (right now i have planned to go to thingvellir & hike to oxararfoss, geysir area, gullfoss, kerid crater)

day 4
- seljalandsfoss waterfall & Gljúfrabúi waterfall

- skogafoss

- black sand beach

- yoda cave

- dyrhólaey

- check into accom in Kirkjubæjarklaustur

day 5:

???? what should i do that's no more than an hour drive from where im staying. i wanted to go to the westman islands but can't find an affordable tour for that during the time we'll be there atm so any other suggestions would be good (that we aren't already planning to see in future days)

day 6:

- mossy lava fields

- Fjadrargljufur

- Explore Skaftafell National Park (hike to Svartifoss).

- Jökulsárlón Glacier Lagoon and Diamond Beach

- check into accom in Hofn

day7:

???? same question as day 5. initially was looking at ice cave tours in Vatnajokull but don't know if those will be good during that time of the year. if ice caves are a no, is there anything else to do here that's not for like super super athletic ppl

day8:

- drive to accom in Ólafsvík (i know this is a long drive but my family is very used to long drives and we've done close to double this length before. initially the plan was to drive to reykjavik and then go up to snaefellsnes the next day but my dad didn't want to accom hop too much)

day 9:

- snaefellsnes peninsula stuff i haven't made a specific itinerary yet but ik theres alot to see! i'll probably just check common 1-2 day itineraries and make my own decisions but if there's anything specific that's good or not worth it pls lmk :)

day 10:

we have a 7pm flight so will probs just wake up and drive towards keflavik and maybe if smths not too much of a detour stop to see smth pretty! (any suggestions would also be good)
