Rae Lakes Loop via Kearsarge Pass - Conditions?

Hello- I'm planning to do the Rae Lakes Loop via Kearsarge pass in a couple weeks. Anyone been up to that area recently? I'm trying to figure out the snow situation, mosquitoes, the water crossing where the bridge is out on the Kern river, and snow conditions. Any recent info/trip reports appreciated!
