My acheivements in the last 6 months
I am 31/175 cm/m, I want to share my achievement.
6 months ago, I started to workout, I was 85Kg with a lot of fat around my belly and a little bit fats on my chest.
1. The first 4 months
I started with simple exercises with astretching rope for about 4 months but unfortunately I did not calculate enough protein at that time also my target was only to lose the fats so I think I achieved part of my goal.
2. The one month hiking trip
then I stopped working out for one month because I went on a camp in the forest, but surprisingly I lost more fats in that month while gaining more weight, also I found small muscles appears everywhere on my body.
The things that I can highlight in the hiking trip is
- I was dancing almost every night for about 1 hour
- I was walking a lot, and the forest in germany is not flat but has a lot hills so going up and down all day.
- I needed to lift a lot of things everyday like bags, water tanks, ..etc.
- I was eating daily canned food, mostly canned tuna.
3. The last 5 weeks
I started to eat a lot of rich protein food and followed a daily home exercise routine.
- 5 sets of 20 pushups.
- 5 sets of 20 crunches and bicycle crunches.
- 2 of 1.5 min plank.
also I run 10km every weekend.
unfortunately I will stop exercising for an entire month because I will have a hair transplant surgery which requires me to stop exercising for sometime, I will join a Gym after that month mark so I can get a coach to guid/help me.
why I feel very happy after exercising?
- my blood pressure became more stable.
- I feel less stressed and more confident in my body shape.
- my penis size increased by about 1cm which is weird for me 😂.
