I declared war to Chile, sure of my victory with Bolivia as an ally. Although they are called to war, they don't mobilize at all ? Like 4 units out of 49 ?
Obviously I'm losing hard without their help.
This is infuriating. I spend so much time carefully building up my Argentina, just to ruin my run because AI is still broken. Guess I'll wait for 1.6
