Community posts help

New to Tumblr and dont know how Tumblr communities work, but out of nowhere, I keep getting posts about communities I have no idea about, I've never clicked on anything about communities.

It's gotten so bad that almost ALL posts I see on my feed are about community posts, how do I get rid of it? Or is that not possible?

I didn't change any of my settings and it just started recently, I need help 😢
