Why are tf2 players like this lmfao

I joined a casual upward map and played sniper for like 2 minutes, after that a random dude said on the vc „yo can we maybe have less than 3 snipers” and I wrote „lets all go sniper” then a random guy called me the hard r n word (classic) and the dude on the vc started being toxic towards me, instantly votekicked me, went onto my profile and wrote this comment, how many hours do you need to have in the game to start being an elitist, cuz this guy is flexing hes „been playing tf2 since 2007 beta”
