Do 23andMe results really mean much? How accurate is it? (some of my results)

I got my 23andMe results back a few months ago and asked ChatGPT and it says i have a myostatin deficiency. searched some of the things I've heard from the videos and asked ChatGPT to explain to me:

MSTN (Myostatin) Gene

  • Key Variants:
    • rs374256136 (G/G): Reduced myostatin activity, a positive indicator for enhanced muscle growth.
    • rs1805086 (C/T): A rare variant that might slightly reduce myostatin's inhibitory effects on muscle growth.
    • rs185201680 (T/T): Associated with reduced myostatin signaling, supporting hypertrophy.
    • Overall Impact: You have multiple favorable MSTN variants suggesting reduced myostatin activity, giving you an exceptional genetic potential for muscle growth.

Your genetic profile for the IGF1 gene suggests:

  • A strong potential for optimal IGF-1 production and receptor activity.
  • Favorable genotypes for enhanced anabolic response and muscle growth.
  • Balanced expression of IGF-1, which can be maximized with proper diet, training, and recovery strategies.

ACTN3 (Alpha-Actinin-3) Gene

  • Key Variants:
    • rs1815739 (C/T): The "C" allele is linked to strength and power performance (fast-twitch muscle fibers), while the "T" allele may favor endurance.
    • rs1671064 (A/G): A mixed genotype supports a balance of power and endurance traits.
    • Overall Impact: A balanced profile with potential for both strength and endurance training adaptations. The presence of the "C" allele at rs1815739 favors explosive power and hypertrophy.

Also gave me other ones like muscle tissue strength and recovery but I don't want to make the post too long. ChatGPT says I have "Elite Muscle-Building Genetics." I can put on muscle pretty easily I think but I don't think it's at 'elite muscle-building' rate. I'm 6ft 150lbs about 10% bf. I try and go to the gym consistently but my diet is terrible. Are 23andMe results reliable or should take I it with a grain of salt?
