HELP. Stuck in tutorial bug

I wanted to replay the game and visit my Titan only to find out I’m now stuck with the Pisces. I can’t access any of the ships I paid for.

-No objective’s or contracts, so I can’t complete or abandon.

-Character reset doesn’t work. I’ve tried following all steps provided by google to no succes. I can’t create a new character or spawn point, only settings/controls reset.

-Support is not helping or responding since 3 days now.

These devs are lazy and this game is a huge scam. This is the worst state I have ever seen the game in, performance is a lot worse too.

Unplayable, I can’t even access the content I paid for.

Edit: Still no help from support, it’s been 7 days now. What a bunch of lazy devs.
