Cargo on my ship wont move "detaching"

Ship: Caterpillar, Comm: Hephestenite, auto loaded using Commodity Keyosk. Destination shows the ship is empty 0/576. Cargo is there i can see it i can clip to it with tractor beams, but it spams on and off at a very high frequency, the tag on the crates reads "detaching" i cannot move them. If this has happened to anyone else please help if there is a work around.
