Star Citizen on Cloud gaming?

Hi, for some holiday sessions I don't want to carry my PC. Are there some cloud gaming platforms where you can run Star Citizen? I heart that Shadow https://shadow.tech works but it seems that you need the power package which is about 50€ per month with 24 Gbyte of RAM. Now I have he following questions.

1. Is shadow really working (Easy Anti-cheat?)

2. Do you need the Power package or is a smaler pachage viable?

3. Are there alternatives to shadow?
