Cranberry bliss bars

Hi friends. I have a question about the bliss bars shelf life. I used to be a corporate store partner but I’m currently a licensed store grocery store barista and my current manager is keeping bliss bars unrefrigerated. I’m under the impression they need to stay refrigerated? Unfortunately I don’t have access to a lot of the resources I had when I was a partner and they aren’t as transparent about standards in my kiosk. Isn’t the shelf life 5 days refrigerated and you serve them cold? Thanks in advance!
