Any recommendations for Web Design and SEO?

I have been in business for about a year now. I made my own website through SquareSpace and I think it looks fine but it's not ranking (https://www.sichershredding.com/). I have tried boosting my ranking through various methods researched online but has been difficult in doing so. Between everything else I need to do for this business I could care less about becoming a web design expert. I have gotten to the point where I would just like to pay for the service. I have been reached out to by plenty of companies that provide the service that all cost >$1K for an initial redesign and whatever else I would like to find someone reputable and worthwhile.

Does anyone have any recommendations?
