BOI report update while IRS processes LLC name change

Hi everyone! I've tried reaching out to FinCen and IRS multiple times and they just haven't helped at all. Filled out contact us form with FinCen with a detailed message regarding my issue and they just replied with a bunch of links that were no help or didn't relate.

Anyway, my situation is I'm running 50/50 in a multi member LLC. We established the business summer of last year and filed BOI report soon after, then after filing we changed LLC name in December of last year. I found out I had to amend/update BOI report with the new LLC name change. The name change has been processed and approved on the state level. The IRS however, received notice of our name change on January 30th of this year (mailed them notice and documentation) and said it may take 30-90 days to process. The BOI reporting deadline (including updates) is due March 21st. So I'm wondering if I'm good to file the update now or if I have to wait until the name change is processed on the IRS/govt level? Any advice is appreciated, thanks!
