Help me help my boyfriend PLEASE

Hi so my boyfriend just got his first distributor order for a LOT of freeze-dried snacks. Much more than he can make quickly in his little freeze dryer. This could make or break the business he’s been struggling with for 7 years now and sunk all his life savings into. He pays 2 full-time employees with the revenue and doesn’t pay himself.

Anyway, an industrial freeze dryer costs 10k, which he doesn’t have right now.

We’re in San Diego. Ideas on how to find/rent an industrial-sized freeze dryer here? The only one I could find was in Washington DC. Industrial kitchens I see around here only seem to have regular freezers.
