Are there any mods that allow showing the cloaks from Cloaks of Skyrim, apart from Legacy of the Dragonborn?

I'd like to collect the unique cloaks from Cloaks of Skyrim, but I don't own Legacy of the Dragonborn. Is there a mod that provides a wardrobe or something similar to display the cloaks?
