Skrill account has been permanently closed

as the title say, my account was closed without any notice, my account was fully verified, I had a bank transfer ongoing, and was expected to arrive tomorrow to my local bank, at this point I don't care about the skrill account and I just wanted my funds back. I have no idea what going on, did Skrill just scam me?
