Chronic hoarseness for months! Has anyone else experienced this?

My voice sounds normal when I speak but if I speak too much or try to sing it can get gravelly, scratchy and hoarse. I also can’t hit higher notes anymore.

I think it’s been here for around four months and still hasn’t stopped. I’ve tried drinking water a lot. At this point it feels like its never going to go away so I’m asking if anyone has experienced this also and if so how did you fix it? Thanks in advance!
