Is 20g hollandia truffels a dumb amount to take?

As the title says is it dumb to take 20g of hollandia truffels for my second time taking truffels, last time i did truffels was 12g atlantis and 3 hours later i took another 6g and that was a nice trip. There will be 5 days apart from my first trip and the second one taking 20g hollandia.
