RTX 2060 Bottlenecking

Currently getting together new components to build a new pc and need some help about if my old rtx 2060 will completely bottleneck a new 7700x. Can't really afford a new GPU right now so i'm buying everything besides that (please recommend GPU).

What would u guys say?
