How many (possible) film references have you clocked in Severance?

The s2 finale felt like it had the most obvious homages— I saw shades of Norma Rae for sure, and someone else made the great point of how much the last frame calls back to The Graduate.

I like to think with people working at this level there are no coincidences when imagery calls back to other art, but hey, I wouldn’t mind some wild fan theories in this arena either.
