OSRS vs RS3 for a RuneScape noob?

Hi! Im wondering what you guys would suggest to play for a totalt RS noob. I've literally played like 2hrs of osrs, like 4 years ago and don't remember anything. im not a big pvper if thats something to base the decision on, and graphics doesnt really matter to me. thanks in advanced. :)
