OUTDOOR vs. Indoor Ethernet cable

Anyone who has any experience with the differences between outdoor and indoor Ethernet cable quality?

I am new to cameras, and about to buy and install new cables for outdoor purpose - please see attached picture.

But I am in doubt if I can get away with indoor cables here, or if the difference is related to the impact from outdoor temperatures and for that reason outdoor cables are a necessity?

What are your thoughts on this?

I was thinking about installing cat6a cables.
