What brokerage to choose in Connecticut? 19 year old Agent.

Hey guys. Just passed my state portion, now just for the national portion! I am 19 years old, love sales and talking to people. But knowing me, I will need guidance and hands on learning. I wanted to do eXp because it’s remote, one less expense. Also of course the splits. I’ve heard about Keller Williams having a great program. Do I even need a great brokerage if I have a great mentor/coach? Just kind of puzzled, but excited.
