I request your help with a challenge

So, I'm doing a challenge to get every passage for every scug, and I'm currently on Rivulet. I have most of the passages, but I'm having issues with The Friend. I'm trying to tame a Cyan or White Lizard in Sky Islands, but I can't find any Squidcadas at all. I already took 5P's core, and have it waiting in Submerged, so I have normal Cycle times. I need to know what region and shelter in that region I can consistently tame a Lizard with ease.
