Difference between a NA and CNA?

I’m not sure if this is the best place to ask, but does anyone know the difference between a regular nursing assistant and a certifed nursing assistant?

I had recently been hired as a nursing assistant in the ER of a local hospital and just finished my first week of in-class training (~40 hours) and I’m on the floor starting Monday for the next month for on-the-floor training and orientation for 40hrs/ week before officially starting my job. This past week, I had to do a bunch of training modules, learned how to take vital signs, how to conduct an urinalysis, drain hemovacs/ JPs, take I&Os, and a bunch of other stuff that I’ll get more hands-on experience once I’m on the floor.

So I guess I’m just asking what more can a CNA do that I can’t?
