How to clean piercings properly?

Hello, i got an heilix and deith pierced yesterday and ive been attempting to clean them with the spray the piercer have me and napkins but i can't really reach to clean all of the blood crust

Any tips? Its my first time getting piercings like these and i really dont want them getting infected
