Can someone give me some opinions on which of these retirement funds I should do to diversify my 401k (Roth)?!

First and foremost, hopefully this is allowed here.

For years my retirement account (Roth 401K) has been 100% VTTSX. I am 30 y/o and current 401K is around $100K (if that matters). I do 100% of my contributions Roth (vs. pre-tax).

So what I am wondering is, based on my situation:

  1. Do any of these others funds make sense to diversify into?

  2. Should I be doing any of my contribution pre-tax?

I will take any advice as opinion only and not financial advice.
