Can someone explain to me why chapter 4 is so short?

I was on chapter 3 for about 4-5 hours but it took me only 1-2 for chapter 4. It felt like I was just in and out of the chapter. I'm not sure if it's just me being bad though. Oh wait nvm it didn't even end.😭
