Where can one buy a large number of inexpensive frames?

I have many 2-dimensional items to hang and I need around a dozen frames in different sizes. They don't have to be the nicest, but since I need a bunch they must be inexpensive, ideally no more than $10 a piece. Where can I look apart from Urban Ore in Berkeley?
