Can I use a PS5 account on PC?

I started playing the game on PS5 and bought cosmetics, battle passes, and got every free skin since official release. My friends surprised me with a gaming PC….I would imagine/expect my rank to be reset and maybe even my levels but can I even use the same account? I just want my cosmetics. Also, if no one knows the answer, any idea where I can ask?
