Anyone else experienced this?

Is anyone else just getting almost nothing? All my pulls are garbage, my summons are garbage and my lucky summons are even worse. At 25% for an epic i get like 1-2 per 20-30 gems. Im getting nothing from the recruitments and am rarely getting a 5/5 for an extra chance, and a 6/6 is even worse! I feel like all of the chances are less than half of what they say in the past couple weeks.
