LEGO prices in the world

Just wondering about prices of LEGO sets in different countries... I don't want to know your salaries and prices but - could you share what percentage of your salary goes towards buying a Lego set with approx. 3000 pieces? Lets say Tudor Corner? In Czech with average salary in the capital city it is about 15 to 20 %. And there are almost no possibilities to buy in big sales like it is usual in the USA for example.
