It's a shame and don't make sense, why won't they maintain food standards
If I'd have an we'll established restaurant which the public trusts and loves, I'd make sure it is clean. If there'd be serious problems like rat infestation or something, I'd even shut down the place for few days. I have seen good restaurants with lot of foot fall but having rat problems. Why won't they do that?
