How do I get my troops out of Austria?
I can't disband cus I'd lose almost everything. I can't release austria cus it's an anarchist country which you apparently cant release. Anyone know any other options for me? All of my divisions are in there.
I also can't ally any countries and cant declare war on any of the surrounding countries cus theyre all in the allies which I'd only be ready for if my army wasnt in austria.
