[USA-WI][H] PayPal + local cash [W] 7800x3d or 9800x3d

I'm just looking to get a good cpu for valorant. I currently have a 7600x that I'll sell after.

I live in the Milwaukee area if we're doing something local. I'll bring my uv light to shine on my cash too.

Edit: Most likely 7800x3d since I'd want a 9800x3d below MSRP, they are regularly in stock now and I can drive to microcenter.
