Is the 6.2 worth it over the 5.3?

I can get a used elevation with the 5.3 for low $40k’s right now around me. If I wanna step up to a 6.2, these are more around $50k. On top of that they need premium gas. Is it worth spending that much more to get the 6.2? I test drove a 6.2 and it was fun, but not sure if it’s justified to spend that much extra.
