2024 sierra - subwoofer

Looking to add a subwoofer. The GMC 10” kit is $700 and only 150watts. Kicker makes several loaded boxes that offer 2-3x the wattage and half the cost with a separate amp. Not willing to give up too much storage space, maybe half the back seat.

Anyone tried the kicker L7 or compVT subs?

Anyone made custom boxes to take up less space? Thinking about custom making a box for a 10-12” with a spot to bolt the amp.
