I improved my block design. Any thoughts? (update from my last post)
Here's some changes that I can articulate:
The red colors are more towards the outside, where the 3d objects reside and elements that the player would directly interact with. (and the blue colors are more placed inside)
Adjusted some hsv settings, stuff like saturation, brightness, and a little bit of hue to the more prominent details for better contrast.
Connected these "floating box" things with the rest of the structure so they aren't just redundantly there, I'm envisioning them as they are providing some kind of stability that is somehow keeping the structure upright
