Steam changing their policy on external links on store pages.

Hello, im Ariel "Dimorden" Reyes, one of the devs of "The Amazing Crackpots Club!", our first game!.
We noticed that steam will no longer allows external links from their store pages and i couldn't figure out how to link our discord server from that store page through a widget or API, as right now that is our main community space.

Has anybody figured out a solution?
