Best 13" processor?

Hi, I am going to start studying aerospace engineering this summer. I need a laptop for this and I think FrameWorks is just the coolest out there. What processor should I choose? I think I will need a good GPU and a decent CPU for 3D modelling and CFD.

It looks like the Ryzen 7 7840U is very good for the price, especially compared to the Ryzen AI 5 340, which costs more but has much less CPU multi-core performance. Or is the Intel Ultra 7 155H a better option?

I haven't found out much about the integrated graphics on these chips either.
