Magical organ implantation and ideas

What the title says. I'm looking for magical organs that can be transplanted and achieve varied effects. Like a dragon heart implant would give the receiver more magical blood, which would in turn spread throughout the body, giving the possibility of further dragon mutations when given enough magical energy. An evolving system with tiers based on the power of the donor. A Draconic tier list would be like this; Dragons being a high tier, with wyverns being a step down, and kobolds being even lower.
