Share Screen

So I noticed the share screen option is on mobile as well but it only gives you the option for sharing a specific app, but mine only shows discord so if I screen share it only lets me share the discord server not whatever else I'm doing on my phone. Is there a way around this? Trying to share progress in a mobile game with friends but can't because of this only sharing discord problem
