My girlfriend has accidentally deleted a year and a half of my audio files

Hello,

I’m in need of a lot of help here. While I was at work, my girlfriend was attempting to clear out some of her clutter out of our shared mac. She is extremely adamant that it was an accident, and that she was just attempting to clear stuff out of her icloud.

These are .flp files for FL studio, and they are some of the most important things to me.

Help would be very appreciated
