How to actually land a job?

This is my 86th application sent, with no further notice or even call-vack, my resume is quite stacked with previous employment history and capabilities.

However I never seem to have been taken into interest or consideration by any business or chain markets, and even if I were to visit in person, they'd send me into the same loop that has never worked for me to begin with, which was:

•Apply online •Wait a week or two for a callback •go in person for an update

Even with all those steps completed this is indeed my 86th time with a failure, due to not enough hours, seasonal endings, or shift changes and requirements,

But even still how is it possible others are still being hired to those same places?
