Finally trying to upgrade from my laptop

I'm trying to build a mid-range gaming PC. Mostly to play MMORPGs (eg FFXIV) and older RPGs (eg The Witcher III). Not looking for the best - if I could reasonably get 60fps at medium graphic settings, that would be perfect. Also using some drawing and map design programs.
