Red stains for body?

Is there anything that won’t give me cancer that will tint a body part like, pinkish? Like there’s lip stains, but I’ve seen people using red liquid to stain their elbows or bottom of feet and it has this cute pink hue. But I’d worry about it not being water proof, or it coming off and staining clothes or something. I need 0% transfer. Thanks!
