So many “manipulation” tactics is just autism

For example, I’ve heard people call it weaponized incompetence to simply ask how something supposedly “easy” is done (Ik that’s not what WC is but people don’t use it right) and it’s so frustrating because almost everything I’ve ever learned has had to be a question at some point.

Or when people say it’s manipulation if someone is mad at someone else and that person says something like “what did I do? Tell me what I did to make you mad” obviously that can absolutely be a manipulation tactic if it’s done with the purpose of taking the other persons reasoning and trying to undermine or dismiss it, but from what I’ve seen people tend to take these things that CAN be manipulation if done by the wrong person and paint every instance of it as someone trying to manipulate you.
